Can veneers be reshaped after placement?

Hello there,Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the two veneers that you received in San Francisco.  Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult to alter the appearance of your veneers with damaging the finish.  I know you do not want to hear this, but the best way to correct these veneers is to replace them.  Often times, dentists will double check that you like the veneers before they are placed in your mouth.  At my office, I make sure that the veneers match the look of your surrounding teeth, so they don't look fake.  I'm not sure how long ago you had your veneers placed, but if it's been in the past 30 days or less, I would recommend returning to the dentist and kindly seeing if he/she will redo the veneers at little or no cost.  Good luck and I hope this helps.
