I'm 29-I had braces when I was 21 for 1 year and then my teeth shifted after a few years and then when I turned 25 I purchases invisalign. I did not wear my retainers like I was supposed to-I asked my doc for a permenant retainer and he suggested I use the removeable invisalign retainer which was a bad move-I'm just not disciplined enough. So now my teeth are shifting again. Should I go for veneers on top this time? Please let me know your thoughts. I've attached photos.
