The problem with braces or invislalign is wearing the retainer. Anytime orthodontic work is done whether it be invisalign or regular braces you will be wearing a retainer for the rest of your life.. Your teeth will naturally move back to where they started if you do not wear the retainer.. You have to be compliant about this. Your first dentist should have listened to you because you mentioned you wanted a permanent retainer and that would have worked for you. I think your teeth look great. If you are looking for a broader more toothy smile like Brittany, Veneers are your answer. They are  rather pricey but you will have the size and color you want along with a wider smile. You can also go for more orthodontics which can expand your arches, giving you a broader smile.  Your choice!

The only way your smile will look more full is to either have more orthodontics with the goal to expand the arches or have veneers placed that build our the teeth to give the appearance of a broader smile.  If you are considering the veneer route, it might be wise to try a snap on or trail smile first to see if the look you want can be accomplished before committing to that many veneers.
