My veneers are too white now and stick out terribly. (Photo)

Question

I got my two veneers done and they were extremely thick so I asked my dentist to shave them down. Now the thickness is gone but the color is way too white beside my other laterals! I've called and complained and they told me first to get my teet he's cleaned and we will go from there. My teeth are cleaned today and it is still bothering me BAD! Idk what to do.

Veneers should look natural, not like fake teeth.  The color, shade and contour should match precisely.  I would definitely give your dentist an opportunity correct the two veneers that were placed, but I would not recommend doing additional teeth with the same dentist, until your front two teeth are to your liking. I would first attempt to whiten your other upper teeth and see if that helps. If not, you would need to replace the veneers with new ones.  If so, I would recommend doing at least four and make sure that they are Emax veneers and not Lumineers.  In my opinion, Emax is a far superior material from a functional, strength, and aesthetic standpoint.  Good luck.

You can bleach you other teeth to get a better shade match but it looks like the problem is also related to shape and size relations to other teeth.  The best results are always 4 anterior veneers or 8-10 veneers.
