Can you wear a mask 4 days after a mustache transplant?

My mustache/goatee transplant is scheduled for later this month, but a few days later I'll need to accompany a family member to the hospital. The transplant area will be covered by the mask entirely, but AFAIK the grafts won't be open wounds. Is there a risk with wearing a mask for a hour?
