Treatment for actinic and seborrheic keratosis? BBL, Photofractional?

I'm a male in my mid 60s with a lot of actinic and seborrheic keratosis on my face. Some are pigmented but most aren't. Is there a treatment for them? Would BBL or Photofractional help? What about Photodynamic Therapy with Levulan Kerastik? I know that the AKs can turn into cancers so I get screened regularly.

Yes ! BBL will still work for you! Your nose implant should not be an issue. I would recommend reaching out to your doctor to get more information on your implant and bring that with you to your BBL consultation.

Hi RSUN77, BBL should be done every 4-6 weeks or 3-5 times a year. Each session should be a month or so apart give or take a few weeks. Best advice would be to find a time of the year that is flexible for you to schedule them in a row to see best results

I have ised BBL quite a bit in cancer patients to correct pigment issues. As you wrote - the energy is superficial and should not cause any issyes
