What is the best procedure with almost the lift of a facelift without the facelift(. Facetite? What is the downtime? (And the lift from ultheraphy and RF microneedling is too subtle)

Without doing a facelift, FaceTite in combination of 3 morpheus8 treatments is the best turnout for tighter and more youthful skin. Answer: "Liquid" Filler Facelifts Can Improve Facial Contour, Jaw Definition, & Jowl Reduction A front face and profile photo would have been very helpful for allowing a more specific answer. However, in general the use of robust HA fillers can achieve a "liquid facelift" by improving cheek shape and projection (creating a more heart-shaped face), lessening smile lines and marionette lines, and straightening and defining the jawline to diminish jowls. And, in experienced hands, this can be accomplished WITH IMMEDIATE RESULTS and little to no significant downtime in a matter of 20-30 minutes. There is little surprise that you report only at best subtle results from ultrasound and RF device treatments. I have been cautioning my readers for years already that these relatively expensive supposedly "next big thiing" devices are fads that while marketed and promoted heavily have woefully little hard science to back up their claims. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and be certain to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed. Best of luck.
