Yes, you're being very very very much too nitpicky, don't even consider messing with it and tell people to mind their own &*^%ing business (although they actually are asking because it looks so good). Surgery cannot help your negative feelings, but Buddhism, psychology or some sort of something out there will. Go find it. Good luck.

Leave your nose alone. It is beautiful. Don't listen to all the knuckleheads who make a comment. They must be jealous! If you want to make it a little softer you can consider adding a little filler by n experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Just my opinion.
