there is no way to thicken the hair on the temples. İt is your genetic code..you may try to use minoxidil for a long time but PRP, fat transfer and ACell injections will not work for you .

Finasteride and minoxidil and possibly PrP are all possibilities. However, one needs to keep in mind that if the changes in one's temples are truly from hairline maturation (rather than make balding per se), then no treatment is going to have an effect. Please review with your physician.
It is best to see a hair transplant surgeon for evaluation. But from just looking at your pictures, you can do hairtransplant to fill in the areas in the temple points and temple area. In our experience, propecia usually works well for hair loss in midscalp to crown areas and doesnt do much for temple and temple points.
