Who's is the best Doctor for BBL in Northern California? or any where in California for a good price? (Photo)

For the past year I have been thinking about getting a Brazilian butt lift. And now I am finally taking the first step in looking for a doctor for consultation. I live in the Bay Area but am willing to travel for the right price. I am a sophomore in college and live on my own. If anyone has any recommendations please fill free to comment! THANKS! I weigh 237. 5'6"

If possible, visit several offices in the area to become familiar with each plastic surgeon.
