Yes, using MI Paste or Sensodyne Toothpaste works well if applied before whitening, but If you havesensitive teeth, I would stay away from Zoom! You will have good results with Zoom, but you will have very sensitive teeth after the whitening for quite sometime. We use Kor Whitening in our practice for people with sensitive teeth. It is a little more costly, but it is a great whitening product without the sensitivity. Look it up on the internet before you decide to use Zoom!
