When can I put in hair extensions after undergoing a hair transplant?

I am a woman that recently got 2500 graphs using the FUT method for hair transplant. As I feel my back hair is much thinner I want to semi-permanent extensions ( either locks, bonds or tape extensions) . When would be safe time to do that?

This does not look like a typical case at 7 months. It would be helpful if you could include the graft count, and the area where the grafts were placed (an immediate post-op photo would do).
