I was diagnosed with vulvadynia and the doctor finally pinpointed my pain which comes from the muscles at the entrance of my vagina (i currently can not have sex as it is too painful). I was told I have a weak pelvic floor yet muscles that are contracting constantly and do not know how to relax. Physical Therapy is not helping much. Would PRP make a difference in the muscles?
