Is it normal to have pain after Velashape treatment?

I had velashape done a few days ago for the first time on my thighs and back of leg. Since the treatment I’ve had throbbing pain in my legs. Will this go away? I’m very concerned.

It is not unusual to have pain after the velashape treatment.  It may be due to dehydration and skin tightening.  Therefore, it is recommended to hydrate after the velashape and moisturize the area that has been treated.

Thank you for your question. If you are not very active, the suction from Velashape can cause some discomfort if you have a low pain tolerance. Sometimes it can feel like the results of a work out. I would be concerned if the pain is excruciating.
