My practice owns both devices and often we use both on the same patient if needed. For larger amounts of fat reduction we like #Vanquish best. For isolated pockets (e.g after lipo, #CoolSculpt, or Vanquish) we like the Ultrashape which is also good for #liposculpting
Better treatment: ultrashape or vanquish?patients have had good results and bad results with all devices. its important to follow treatment protocols, stay hydrated and have a good evaluation before choosing the correct or best device.
Please read my previous posts. Vanquish is barely effective, if at all. All the other noninvasive technologies -- Ultrashape, Coolsculpting, Liposonix -- have much better results. I suggest seeing a body contouring specialist with honesty for your individual body. Best, Dr. Emer.

Ultrashape has greater precision of depth and evenness of treatment as it is a focused ultrasound device. #Vanquish for arms and legsit may be possible to use the new attachment , other devices may also work well including #velashape3and #thermismooth.. an exam will help
Vanquish non surgical fat melting is a very good option for fatty deposits in diabetic patients. You don't need anesthesia so the additional risks of general anesthesia in a diabetic are avoided.
Greetings!Non-Invasive fat reduction, like anything, has it's own pros and cons. Some of the pros are: it's a completely non-surgical option involving no anesthesia and no downtime. It helps to provide the little extra relief that proper diet and exercise can't give. It really does provide long...
