Hello! I would like to raise my brow bone so that it protrudes forward more (see photos). I like the effect of depth and shadow it gives to the eyes, especially in pictures. My eyes look as if they bulge outwards, which I hate. I'm asian so I know it's impossible to achieve as much depth as I'd like, but I would to at least have my brows be more forward than my eyes, giving a kind of sunken-eye look as opposed to bulging. What is the best method to obtain this?

Answer: How to Raise Brow Bone Filler is definitely a good option, so are implants, as long as you know that you are not against surgeries. However, there is a much better option: fat grafting! Using own fat for sculpturing around the eyes, we could most of the time turn a flat looking brow bone into a nicely contoured and raised structure, which in turn makes the whole brow/eye/nose structure more attractive, not to mention the change in the depth you mentioned. And once the fat settled, it lasts many many years (with the understanding that it will also age with time, slowly and gradually, a natural process). -Dr. Art Yu

Answer: Lack of brow prominence I think injections of filler or your own fat could be done but could be asymmetric. The fillers can have disastrous complications if injected accidently into an artery especially in this very vascular area. A craniofacial specialist could do implants of silicone or rib to the supraorbital region via an open coronal approach but this is serious surgery with risks involved, and a relatively long recovery. an indirect approach to soften this region could be to have upper eyelid blepharoplasties done which could change the way you or others perceive this region.
