Hello, I have heard some doctors comment that spreader grafts can make the upper part of the nose too wide or bulky. However, I have seen some before and after pictures where spreader grafts have been used and they that really looks undetectable and the upper part of the nose simply looks smoother. Could the situations where the nose either looks bulky or the graft looks visible just be due to lack of skill on the surgeons' part? How do techniques differ in forming and placing the grafts?
