It looks like I have one smaller nipple below the original piercing site, will it stay this way? (Photo)

Piercing migration scar: I had my nipples pierced for about 5 years and just took them out due to a migration issue. The right one migrated down and the nipple became enlarged around where the piercing currently sat. Now it looks like I have one smaller nipple below the original piercing site. I’m wondering if it will stay this way or if it needs surgical correction.
