Hello! I am 31 years old and I have noticed that there is excess skin on the LEFT side of my face that folds and looks funny when I smile or smirk. I do have a pretty flat midface, and I would like to know if getting midface filler or cheek implants will help get rid of the wrinkles? It looks like fat but I am not sure. Would buccal fat removal get rid of this? Or would I need a face lift? Thanks so much!
