What are your opinions on cheek filler and are they a good way to give a subtle lift to help with nasolabial folds? (Photo)

I’m 54 and considering cheek fillers. I’ve had a mini SMAS lift 5 months ago. I’ve read that the filler used for cheeks becomes bone-like once it’s “settled”. Is this true? Also are cheek fillers a good way to give a subtle lift to help with nasolabial folds?
