Is there a procedure that can reduce cheek folds? (Photos)

I recently noticed that I've developed an extra fold or wrinkle on my left cheek, most obvious when I smile. I can't stand the way it looks in photos or on zoom calls. It makes me want to hide my face. I'm only 33. I have had eczema since childhood and I've struggled a lot with facial eczema the last several years, so I'm sure inflammation from that hasn't helped, and steroid use on my face over 10 years ago has thinned my skin some. Is there anything I can do to reduce the appearance?

​Fillers such as Restylane Silk, Belotero, or Juvederm can work well to treat lines around the mouth, but the best first option is laser resurfacing or deep peels to induce collagen production. Superficial radiofrequency devices and microneedling can help as well and are less invasive. I suggest going to an experienced cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in lasers and fillers. What you are seeing is likely the zygomatic cutaneous retaining ligament of the left face. This becomes apparent in our 20s-30s, especially if you sleep on that side of the face. The best treatment is a deep cheek filler, we usually use Lyft, Voluma, or Radiesse.
