Will the asymmetry after rhinoplasty improve overtime? (photos)

Dear doctors, Please advise whether or not in your professional opinion my asymmetry will improve overtime. I had a rhinoplasty done to fix my deviated septum and bulbous tip, however, i am now left with severe asymmetry on the left side of my nose. I also seem to have a bone sticking out that i did not have before. My surgeon suggests waiting a few months, however, i do not think it will improve, what do you think based on your professional experience?

The bump on the tip that you noticed may be scarring or could also be a remnant of cartilage of the nose. I think it's important to follow up with the surgeon who performed your procedure.

If you could benefit from a rhinoplasty I’m sure you can find a surgeon who will take care of you. But every case is different. You mention body dysmorphia but that is a very vague statement
