Uneven alar base and septal deviation after septorhinoplasty - can it be fixed? (photos)

i had septorhinoplasty 10 months ago ... thick skin ....rhinoplasty including osteotomy ,alar reduction and tip refinement ..Now one of my alar base is higher than other which make my frontal profile looks awful , bulbous tip , hanging columella ... i still have deviated septum after surgery . can it be fixed espcially uneven alar base ... any help please?? thank you

Are you a candidate for Rhinoplasty? One of the main functions of a rhinoplasty is to reduce the width of a bulbous tip. Another function is to reduce the width of a wide bridge. If a person has a wide nose but an already excellent profile, the profile can be left alone and the changes directed...
Thank you for providing images along with your question. The pointy bump you are concerned about may be cartilage or bone. To know for sure, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty...
If you could benefit from a rhinoplasty I’m sure you can find a surgeon who will take care of you. But every case is different. You mention body dysmorphia but that is a very vague statement
