Is it possible for a 19 year-old female to develop malar bags/festoons due to crying over the past 2 months?

I am a 19 year-old female who has experienced sleeping issues and crying episodes due to anxiety. I have noticed that my mid-cheek areas (left and right cheeks) have a line going through that makes my upper-cheek area protrude due to swelling. Is it possible that a 19 year-old may have developed festoons/malar bags. Will the effects of crying and anxiety cause permanent damage on my skin? Will these festoons/malar bags ever go away on their own?
