What is the rubbing/awkward sensation that I am feeling between my implants and pectoral muscle?

I feel as if my muscle fibers are being rubbed “against the grain” when I make certain moves with my upper body, and also when I take big breaths in certain positions. I am only getting this feeling in my left breast. It doesn’t hurt per-say, but it definitely feels weird. I had my BA 3 months ago. Has my body grown the protective “sheath” over the implant yet? Is it possible that my implant pocket could be stretching? Should I calm my intensive workouts until this feeling subsides?
