What is the rubbing/awkward sensation that I am feeling between my implants and pectoral muscle?

It is possible you are feeling animation phenomenon, which is movement of the implant with flexing of the pectoral muscles. This can cause visible movement, some alteration of shape, and a tethering sensation at times, when the muscle is actively used. However, it is also possible you have the beginning of a capsular contracture with adherence of the capsule to the muscle causing discomfort. You should be examined by your surgeon in the office to assess matters and advise you appropriately.

One concern would be whether or not you are developing capsular contraction. However your plastic surgeon is in the best position to give you a proper diagnosis.
