Should I have this 1 veneer that previously fell off removed and replaced?

I would recommend returning to your dentist to have her recheck the veneer that you feel is moving.  It would only take her a few minutes to check it.  If in-fact, it is moving, then she will likely reassess the cause of the issue and resolve it for you.  The solution may be to very slightly adjust your bite (which only takes about 5 minutes) or possibly replacing the veneer, which may require a little more time.  I hope this helps and click "save' to follow me on RealSelf to ask me more questions in the future.

Sometimes if you're biting harder on one tooth than the others, you can cause a veneer to debond. Definitely go back to the dentist as soon as you can to have it evaluated and recemented.

I would recommend consulting your dentist for evaluation (for example, your bite) and treatment options.

Hi, your natural teeth were worn?if so, it is because the veneer should be 80% porcelain at least, this makes it resistant and must be well cemented. You must use retainers at bedtime because it helps to wear or damage the veneers.Personally we never recommend to wear the natural teeth unless the veneer is 100% porcelain
