i have naturally medium fair skin, and waht used to be freckles are now many dark spots on my legs. I have treated them before with IPL, but came back. I have both hyper and hypopigmrntation on my legs. I'm interested in laser hair removal, and I've heard it may help with my dark spots, too. Is that true? Is there a likelihood it could make the spots worse? Any advice regarding what I might do for the many discolorations on my legs? thank you!
