I want to have more defined jawlines, face skin tightened/lifted, and get rid of my double chin. My doctor suggests both facetite and Morpheus8. But as far as I know, both could tighten face skin, reduce fat, and trigger collagen production. Why do I need both, if one could already do the work?
Answer: FaceTite vs. Morpheus 8 Thank you for your question and the photo you uploaded. Although Facetite and Morpheus8 both tighten skin, there are some differences between the two technologies. Facetite uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to melt some fat and also tighten the skin. Morpheus8 uses the same RF energy to melt a small amount of fat and tighten the skin. However, Morpheus8 combines this RF energy with microneedling which stimulates your body to make more collagen, improving skin elasticity and skin texture, smoothing out wrinkles, and also smoothing out stretch marks or acne scars. These two technologies are often performed in combination because the Facetite produces more fat reduction, especially in the chin/neck area. Please be sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Lipo with Morpheus and Facetite is the ultimate treatment for great results. Yes you would do well with all 3 to get the very best results. Liposuction along the jawline/neck to get rid of the fat and Facetite to give more deep skin tightening and Morpheus8 to help tighten superficially with resurfacing the top skin layers. It is all done at one time and gives amazing results.

Answer: Mini Facelift & Mini neck lift -- FaceTite RF for internal skin tightening + Neck Liposuction for definition/contouring FaceTite can internally tighten the skin in the lower face and neck. After all the skin has been heated and contracted, we shape the neck with liposuction to give definition and remove stubborn pockets of fat. In one quick treatment, we can tighten skin, remove fat, and contour the lower face, jawline, and jowls with only a weekend of downtime. Keep in mind that combination approaches will give you a more significant improvement as opposed to a single procedure. I recommend getting a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Sending the under the chin area Quite honestly you do not need either one of the procedures because you're too young for any skin tightening. if you want to have your double chin treated, simply undergo liposuction if it's deemed necessary by a plastic surgeon only. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
