What are these black spots along my incision? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck 6 weeks ago and developed a hemotoma at around 3 week Post op. Now that my incision is finally healing up it widened and I could see visible dark spots all over it. Is this normal or is it a concern ? I've been applying mederma to see if it helps
