Would Retreting help e infection heal? worth it? its the infection im concerned about? or is the retreat a waste of time based on the current infection. There is a post and not sure the structure of the tooth! Need help its a FRont tooth and my concern is the infection INFECTION i can spend on an implant if you are the BEST ill fly out to see you i just need this fixed ASAP EXTRACT or IMPLANT Solution : Fixing the infection!! I would prefer placing the implant in the proper position rather than placing it at a 45 degree angle. The biting force could potentially cause a failure of the implant.
The best route in my opinion would be to extract the tooth and do bone graft on the same appointment. 4-6 months later place an implant. I would not suggest to move all the back molars forward due to distance of the space and future bite alignment!
