Hernia repair and loose skin?

Question

I had a hernia repair done about 6 weeks ago. The surgeon just basically sewed my belly button together. I have a lot of loose skin at the top and around my belly button. I also a scar from my previous belly ring. I'm just wondering what my options are. Would an umbilicoplasty fix this? I have no loose skin at the bottom of my stomach so I'm not sure if a tummy tuck is necessary. I just want a new belly button if possible. (First pic is me laying down and the second is standing up)

Dear Ms.Suzannax92,Thank you for your story, questions and photos. 
Nothing substitutes for a personal evaluation, a review of your medical history/medications  and a face to face discussion of your options.
Unfortunately with out a exam of your tissues I can can only comment based solely your photos. However, hopefully you will find them helpful.
A umbilicalplasty will only create a tummy button and not address the loose skin.  
While a reverse abdominoplasty is a alternative for isolated loose skin in the upper abdomen, it has limitations ie a scar that may cross the midline at the breast crease, which is sometimes difficult to hide.
There are also some non surgical  alternatives to shrink the skin. Examples being Thermi and Velloshape III.
I recommend that you schedule several consultative appointments with Plastic Surgeons who are experienced and Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition ideally a members  of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery).
