My right eyelid has always drooped down further than my left one, I didn't really think much about it till I was older. My parents have always told me that surgery was an option, but I was always too scared. I'm not very sure if my eye could be fixed. Also, I'm 13 years old (turning 14 in October), does fixing it count as cosmetic surgery? My eye really takes a toll on my self-esteem, I just would really like to know if both of my eyes could be the same (through surgery or not).

Thank you for sharing your concerns. First, your ptosis (droopy eyelid) is not caused by your weight. It is easily corrected by an experienced oculoplastic surgeon. Downtime is about 2 week and results are usually excellent. I hope you find this helpful.
