I bought a 50% glycolic acid to do a "chemical peel" on the back of my hands. I left it on for 10 minutes but it did not do anything. Because the back of my hands are not as sensitive as facial skin can I do it again and leave it on longer? My hands are not even red although there was a little tingling when the acid was on there. I do have Efudex but have been putting that off because of the long cycle of use and recovery and also the unsightly process the skin goes through during treatment.
