Body odor does change as you age and can become stronger with age. This is not related to implants. But, surgery is a stress and body odor can increase with stress. You might get good results with axillary Botox.

Body odor is not a common complaint after having implants removed. For those that report this issue they report it typically goes away after a short time. You may want to explore possible relation to new medications or supplements that you take or dietary changes. See your primary care physician if the issue persists.
