my nasolabial folds + under eye hallows make me feel like I look much older than I am (24) would cheek fillers or any other thing like microneedling help with this issue? It’s my biggest insecurity.

At 24 years old, I think what you’re seeing is mainly volume deficiency, not aging. 
Yes, cheek filler will be an effective treatment here. By restoring support in the cheeks, the nasolabial folds soften naturally and the under-eye hollows often improve without injecting directly under the eyes. This gives a fresher look without making the face heavy.
Microneedling can improve skin quality, but it will not fix volume-related hollows or folds.
Done conservatively, cheek filler is appropriate for your age and concern.
