I have muscular dystrophy and am a full-time wheelchair user. Can you think of anything that would preclude me from being a candidate for cool sculpting on my upper thighs and hips? Can it cause muscle or nerve damage?

Answer: Results after Coolsculpting -- add Venus Legacy, Vanquish, truSculpt, Exilis, Cellutone, Zwave, Evive - "Fire and Ice"
CoolSculpting is not a weight loss treatment. After every treatment we can get rid of 20% of the fat cells in that area. Once that happens you will not remake them! However, you must do your part since the ones left over can still expand and give you the illusion that your treatment cycles did...
CoolSculpting will eliminate the fat under your butt. It would take a long time for your butt to sag afterwards, but you may want to consider getting a few CoolToning sessions to tighten your glutes which can help avoid any sagging.
While applying CoolSculpting applicator would be considered off label if you have sufficient subcutaneous fat and no other contraindications, the treatment can be performed by well trained CoolSculpting specialist.
