Vibration feeling on the left side of my nose? What is that? 2 weeks post

Chances are, you aren't crazy or imagining anything that isn't there, but you can rest easy knowing you shouldn't be worried about it lasting forever. You may have a crust lodged in your nose after your surgery, which is normal if irritating, but should come out on its own or with gentle blowing during the next few weeks. Additionally, you may be experiencing new vibration in your nasal walls, which can be a strange feeling at first. If this is a contributing factor, it won't seem as strange after you become familiar with the sensation of normal resonance. I suspect that even if you are experiencing new vibrations, they are not signs of ominous problems, and I suspect the problem will resolve with time, as it's only been 11 days since your procedure.
