Vibration feeling on the left side of my nose? What is that? 2 weeks post

I just got my rhinoplasty done 11 days ago. I had a little wide bulbous nose so he decreased the airflow or something. Every time I blow my nose or sniff a bit harder, the left side of my nose vibrates. It shakes and it kinda sounds like ”a motor” so to speak. It’s an uncomfortable feeling. Please explain to me what could that be? Is something wrong with the procedure my doctor used? Does this go away with time? Does this mean that I might need to go through another nose surgery? I’m worried
