Will Invisalign braces make my face more square?

I have braces for 2 weeks now. I heard if doctor widen my dental arch, my face will look square, and I'm so nervous, I don't want my face square. My face now is round

You should only develop a "square face"/jaw line if your masseter muscles hypertrophy due to excessive clinching and grinding onto the aligners or orthotics placed into the mouth.  This happens frequently without orthodontics too and can be controlled or reversed with Botox.  This can also be aged dependent, so normal growth if you are a teen may give you a fuller face with age.
