I am getting ready to begin Invisalign treatment. My orthodontist is confident that Invisalign will work for me without SARPE surgery, but that I will maintain a posterior crossbite on the right side. In the end he believes aesthetically I will be pleased.

Orthodontic movement requires loosening of the teeth by wearing the aligners. You do need to wear the aligners religiously or you will have less than great results.
