It is not uncommon to have asymmetry throughout the human body. Exercise may actually help if the asymmetry is secondary to less muscle volume on the smaller side. If it is really related to decrease fatty tissue, the best way to gain symmetry will be with fat grafting. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation and to know your best options for improvement.
