Why did my stomach get soft and start to look pudgy when I stopped wearing the garment? (Photo)

8weeks post op. Had lipo on flanks, my back, upper and lower stomach and about 3inches down on the top of my butt for contouring. PS said I could stop wearing garment 4weeks ago. How long should I wear the compression garment? Why is this happening? This picture is right after the procedure and I usually stay flat until I stop wearing the garment then the top and lower start getting mushy. Is this normal. I'm 47...that scar was from a surgery in my 20's.

Short answer: no.Longer answer: you need to make sure that you do not have some underlying medical issue or condition that is causing your toes to swell.  This needs to be evaluated by your family practice doctor.
