I’m 8 month post op and my breast tissue appears to be separating from my implant. Sometimes in the indented area it tingles and burns. And if I lift anything heavy with my arms it competlely separates. Is this something that could have been avoided on my surgeons end or mine? Because I’m very unhappy with the appearance.

You have a "double-bubble" deformity on both sides. The implants are lower than the natural crease/limit of your breast tissue. There are several ways of improving this - all require surgery. It is correctable.
