Almost 5 weeks post op, see pictures for my concern. Pictures were done today. I love the way my breasts look if my arms are over my head or if they are in clothing but if I lean forward or have my arms relaxed, my implants don’t fall with the natural breast tissue I had before my augmentation. My surgeon said I didn’t need a lift when I had my implants done. They are 590 silicone submuscular. Just concerned about my sagging “old” breast tissue over my implants... will this get better??

Implants can displace for a variety of reasons including stretch of the capsule. Most common implants displace laterally (to the side) and down. Its probably best to contact your implant surgeon to have it checked out. Good luck
At 3 weeks you are about15 percent settled, shaped, softened, dropped and fluffed. "Drop and fluff" refers to the fact that as the skin stretches and the muscles relax, the implants move down and out slowly – about 1 percent a day. It’ll be about six weeks before they even begin to settle down, ...
