What chemical peel would be good for my skin?

I am African american and suffer from acne and hyperpigmentation. I want something that will clear the acne as well as the scars. I have tried at-home microdermabrasion, chemical peels and Derma rolling but those do not seem to work . My main problem area is my forehead and cheeks. I tend to break out in those areas the most and leave the most scars. I also tend to have a lot of whiteheads, blood filled pimples and break out before my menstrual cycle. I also have moles on my face that I want to keep.
