I have very deep laugh lines and would like to know what procedure would be best and most long lasting and natural looking?

I also have scarring on my chin from cold sores over the years which I now control with Lysine. I would like to diminish both as best as possible. I feel like my scars and laugh lines look like deep wrinkles. I was considering microneedling with PRP, I am concerned about fat transfers not working ir causing lumps.
