I have very deep laugh lines and would like to know what procedure would be best and most long lasting and natural looking?

I also have scarring on my chin from cold sores over the years which I now control with Lysine. I would like to diminish both as best as possible. I feel like my scars and laugh lines look like deep wrinkles. I was considering microneedling with PRP, I am concerned about fat transfers not working ir causing lumps.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Microneedling with PRP is a great procedure that can help improve fine lines, wrinkles, skin texture and scarring. However, it will likely not be sufficient if you have "very deep laugh lines." You may need some filler to help improve the deep lines. These are just ideas as there are no pictures for me to evaluate. I recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon in person to discuss treatment options at length. Good luck!
