Thank you for your question. Needle RF is proving to be more efficacious for acne scar and pore reduction than Fractionated CO2 laser treatment. Most patients require a series of treatments. As with any therapy, results vary. We have seen the best results when combines with PRP or Exosomes.

I recommend microneedling with RF for better outcomes with scarring. Infini is a popular treatment, but I prefer Intensif because the needles are non-insulated and it gives more robust results. I always combine microneedling with prp, subcision, Cosmelan, fillers and lasers to get the best o...

Thank you for your question. From your picture, it looks like you have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, or PIH. This is common in Asian, Mediterranean, and Black skin. It should resolve on its own. Using a bleaching cream can help.Best wishes.
