After two disappointing very rhinoplasty operations with Roman Kufa from Perfect Clinic in Prague, I contacted the surgeon to explain my results, and he said that now he will inject some Metacrill to fill the curved dorsum and make it straighter. I cant find anything online about it, is this stuff safe to use?

In our experience, Silikon-1000 is not well suited for gaining projection or narrowing of the nasal tip. Rhinoplasty surgery may be necessary, depending on your examination. Thank you. Dr Joseph
