After you do a session of Sculpture, about 24% of the fat cells in the area are destroyed, but they remain in that area for up to a few months until your body's "self-cleaning" (i.e. lymphatic) system clears them away. In the meantime, they can clump up and form nodules, which can take some time to resolve. One of the things you can do to expedite this process is drink a lot of water. The other thing is to massage the area, to break up these nodules and help them disappear. A fascia blaster is a great way to break down these nodules - it's like a super-charged massage. i have written a blog on why i think the fascial blaster is just a fad with little evidence that it does anything any physical therapy roller will not already do. i think massage and any type of rolling the area may be helpful for a faster recovery but i do not believe that they will affect your final result. If you want to get the best result, then you need to do at least 2 sessions, spaced 6 weeks apart and also modify your diet.
