Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
Hello--thank you for your inquiry. With the photos you provided and the concerns you stated, I would recommend starting out with an Intense Pulse Light (IPL) treatment. A series of Lumecca treatments would be a beneficial first approach to address the dark spots and overall skin tone. Lumecca utilizes IPL to treat facial pigmentation, superficial blood vessels, age spots, photodamage, tightening and/or texture. You could then follow with a microneedling treatment (Morpheus 8 is the industry standard), with PRP to promote additional collagen production and maintenance of your improved skin tone after IPL. As a reminder, skin maintenance after any skin rejuvenation procedures/treatments relies on well-established, good medical grade skin care products. Hope this information helps!
Hi zeniae, Morpheus8 delivers energy only to the targeted area. Other microneedling with radiofrequency procedures will deliver heat + RF to every level of skin that the needles penetrate. Morpheus8 will deliver the energy to the dermis portion, not causing damage in the epidermis, that way only targeting the areas that really need to be treated. This is why the downtown is way shorter than other procedures. In your specific case, you may want to consider Lumecca. It is cheaper and probably more effective in removing your spots. For the very best results, you need to do Lumecca in addition to Morpheus8. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi, You are young ( only 32) so most likely you do not have that much damage or aging on your skin, although collagen rejuvenation at any age is a great thing. The main differences between these two techniques are pain control, downtime and price. Morpheus is cheaper and with little to no down...
Hi and thanks for your question! As you may know, tretinoin increases cell turnover in your skin, resulting in improved exfoliation, and reduction in acne and wrinkles. Because it creates an active cell response, some practitioners have you stop this prior to and for a time after Morpheus...
