I would like a doctor opinion about my face, I’m don’t like my side profile at all. I’m currently wearing a Myobrace appliance for adults because my dentist said it would help grow bone and fix a lot of things such as narrow palate, slightly crossbite, mouthbreathing and improve my overall appearance but I feel skeptical about that. I’m 23 years old, I have deviated septum and loss of the cervical curve. What should I start fixing first? Thank you.

Yes, it is possible to change the shape of your face. The key is understanding what will look good for you and, just as important, what YOU feel looks good for your face as a change.
A more detailed consultation is needed to know what changes you require.

Custom implants are a permanent solution. However, a thorough consultation is required to know your exact needs and to be able to provide you with an appropriate suggestion.
