I have uneven dimples skin in the front of my thighs and defo some loose skins. I have previously had liposuction and I feel this had made my front of legs looks bad is there anything I can do to make them smooth

I can understand why this would be frustrating, especially after undergoing liposuction with the goal of improving the contour of your legs. From your description, it sounds like you may be dealing with a combination of contour irregularities, skin dimpling, and some degree of skin laxity, all of which can occasionally occur after fat removal procedures.

Liposuction removes fat beneath the skin, but if the fat is removed unevenly or if the skin does not retract as expected afterward, the result can be a rippled or dimpled appearance. In some cases, fibrous scar tissue beneath the skin can also tether certain areas down, creating visible depressions.

The good news is that there are treatment options, although the best approach depends on whether the primary issue is loose skin, volume irregularity, scar tissue, or a combination of these factors.

For mild to moderate skin laxity, collagen-stimulating treatments such as radiofrequency microneedling, ultrasound-based skin tightening, or other energy-based devices may help improve skin firmness over time. If tethering from scar tissue is contributing to the dimples, procedures that release those fibrous bands can sometimes create a smoother surface.

In cases where there are noticeable contour defects from uneven fat removal, fat grafting may be considered. This involves transferring fat from another area of the body into the depressions to restore a more even contour. For some patients, this can provide significant improvement when performed by an experienced surgeon.

It is also important to set realistic expectations. Post-liposuction irregularities can often be improved, but achieving perfectly smooth skin is not always possible, particularly if there is a combination of skin laxity and underlying scar tissue.

One encouraging aspect is that the front of the thighs often responds well to a combination approach that addresses both skin quality and contour. The key is identifying exactly what is causing the dimpling so treatment can be tailored appropriately rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all solution.
